Rules applied:

McMahon system, 5 rounds/60 minutes

Byo-yomi 1 stone/30", games with handicap reduced by 2, Komi 6.5  (in even games)

 
Awards:

Cups for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

 
Entry Fee:

8 euro for players who register before 25th January 

10 euro if you register after 25th January

5 euro for under 15 years old players

8 euro for Higashikita club players

 
Where:

Scouts youth hostel “Alpe Adria”, Prosecco 381 (near Campo Sacro village), Trieste

(100mt from motorway Ljubljana – Trieste – Venice, Prosecco exit from Ljubljana direction, Sgonico exit from Venice-Udine direction)

Accomodation:
We suggest you to rest in the hostel because is the same place of the tournament. It's possibile to stay at the price of 10 euro (without sheets)  or 13 euro (with sheets). Towels are not offered by hostel but you need take yours. To book a place contact the tournament organization.
It's possible to have breakfast (prepared by the organizators) in the hostel at the price of 2 euro.
